What they asked for
A program where staff enter window measurements and get a price, a drawing and a contract out.
What they actually needed
The measurement, the quotation, the drawing and the contract were each being re-entered by hand, and the numbers drifted between the four copies. The calculator they asked for would have automated one copy and left the drift. What was missing was the chain.
What I built
- One chain - measurement → quotation → drawing → contract → job order - so a figure is entered once and carried through.
- Arabic-first interface covering customers, production, delivery, invoicing and reporting.
- A custom SVG drawing studio for the openings.
- Automated bill of materials and 1D/2D cutting optimisation.
- Pricing rules, approvals and an audit trail on every step.
- A ZATCA e-invoicing integration path.
Outcome
Around 100 quotations a month run through the system.
