The studio's own operations platform - CRM, proposals, contracts, portals - shaped by a year of the twelve people who use it daily.
What they asked for
There was no brief. The studio ran on chat threads, spreadsheets and memory.
What they actually needed
A year of the team’s own complaints and workarounds - what got lost, what got retyped, who was waiting on whom - became the specification, one iteration at a time.
What I built
- CRM, HR, finance, proposals and contracts.
- Client and employee portals, support, CMS and analytics.
- Audit-ready workflows, PDF generation and transactional email.
- Deployment automation.
- The bilingual marketing site on top, on Next.js, TypeScript and Supabase/PostgreSQL.
Outcome
Runs the studio every day.
