A course platform to host their sales training.
What they actually needed
Sales reps do not get better from watching videos. They get better from practising a pitch and being told exactly what went wrong. A content library needed a trainer standing in front of it.
What I built
- VAPI voice simulations that reps practise against.
- AI scoring of every attempt.
- A live avatar - voice and image - that trains the rep.
- Courses, quizzes, certificates, progress tracking, subscriptions and a credit wallet.
- A five-role permission model: admin, training manager, coach, representative, viewer.
- Next.js 16, React 19, Prisma, MySQL, NextAuth, Stripe and Cloudinary; bilingual.
